RESIN ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit & Payment Policy

To secure your booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order confirmation. This deposit reserves your spot in the Artist’s schedule and covers initial preparation costs.

Payment Schedule:

  • 30% Deposit – Due at time of booking

  • Remaining 70% – Due at the time of flower drop-off

​

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Full refund of deposit if cancelled at least 2 months before the scheduled drop-off date.

  • 50% refund of deposit if cancelled 1 month or less before drop-off.

  • No refunds will be issued once the flowers have been dropped off and the preservation process has begun.

Please note that once flowers are received, the Artist commits time and materials toward your project. As such, the full amount becomes non-refundable at that stage.

Order & Preservation Terms

​Once your order is confirmed by the Artist, your piece will be ready within 8 to 14 weeks. It is your responsibility to ensure timely delivery of the flowers. Please note that flowers dry at their own pace and may naturally lose some shape or color during the preservation process. Any unused flowers will not be returned.

The Artist will handle your flowers with great care and preserve them in resin with professional attention. However, natural elements and unforeseen factors may affect the final result. In the rare case of an accident beyond the Artist’s control, a full refund will be issued.

If you choose to cancel your order, your deposit may or may not be refunded, depending on the timing and in accordance with the stated policy.

Once your piece is complete, you will be notified by email. Pickup must be arranged within 2 weeks of this notification.
